This disclaimer covers undeniablestack.com, our landing and registration pages, our emails and text messages, our webinars and calls, and our programs and materials. The Undeniable Stack is a program of Bramwell Group LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. "We", "us", and "our" mean Bramwell Group LLC.

1. Education, not a business opportunity

We sell education and skills coaching. We are not a business opportunity, a franchise, an investment, a job placement service, or a multi-level marketing program, and buying from us does not give you a business, a territory, clients, or a job.

2. No promise of income or outcomes

We do not promise or imply that you will earn any particular amount, win any client, save any particular amount of time, or get any job, promotion, or raise. What you get out of the program depends on your field, your experience, your market, how much of the method you apply, and how consistently you apply it. Some people who buy education of any kind see little or no result. You should decide whether to buy on the basis that you may be one of them.

3. Results, examples, and testimonials

When we show a result, an example, or a testimonial, it describes what happened to that person or in that case. It is not a prediction of what will happen to you.

Where we cannot show that a result is what people generally achieve, we will say what people generally achieve next to it, or we will not use it. A general line such as "results vary" is not, on its own, what we rely on.

If someone who gives a testimonial received anything of value from us, such as payment, a discount, free access, or a business relationship, we say so next to the testimonial. We do not publish invented, paid-for-without-disclosure, or AI-generated testimonials.

Any figures we quote about our own work describe our own work. We do not publish time-savings or income figures we have not measured.

4. Not professional advice

Nothing we publish or teach is legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, employment, medical, or professional security advice, and no professional relationship is created by using this site or joining a program. Whether a tool or a workflow is allowed under your employer's policies, your client contracts, or the rules of your profession is a question for you and, where needed, your own qualified advisor.

5. AI tools and their output

The program teaches you to use AI tools made by other companies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or reselling any of them, and their features, pricing, and terms can change without notice. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken. You remain responsible for reviewing anything you send, file, or rely on, which is the reason the method puts a human review at the end of every workflow.

We may link to products, services, or sites run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. If a link earns us a commission or any other benefit, we say so where the link appears, and it does not change the price you pay.

7. Platform disclaimer

This site and our advertisements are not part of the Facebook or Instagram websites or of Meta Platforms, Inc., and are not endorsed by Meta in any way. Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

8. How this fits with our terms

This disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Service, which also contain our warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability. Where they differ, the Terms of Service govern. We may update this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
