Privacy Policy
Last updated 5 October 2026. Effective 5 October 2026.
This policy explains what personal information The Undeniable Stack collects, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the control you have over it. It applies to undeniablestack.com, to our landing, application, and sign-up pages at joinundeniablestack.com, and to the email, text message, and program delivery that follow from it.
1. Who we are
Undeniable Stack is a trade name of Bramwell Group LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, which does business as Undeniable Stack. That is the name our text messaging program is registered under. Bramwell Group LLC is the controller of the personal information described here. Data-protection law requires us to name the controller, so it is named here rather than in our marketing.

2. The short version
- We collect what you hand us and a small amount of technical data needed to run the site. We do not buy contact lists.
- We do not sell your personal information. Our landing and application pages use advertising and analytics tools, including the Meta Pixel, to measure and improve our ads. Some state laws call that "sharing", and you can opt out at any time.
- Text messages are strictly opt-in, separate from any other consent, and never required to contact us or to buy anything.
- You can opt out of email or text at any time, and you can ask us to delete what we hold.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us
- Enquiry and application details. Your name, email address, current role or focus, and your mobile phone number, submitted through our forms. Our application form requires a number.
- Consent records. Which consent boxes you ticked, the exact wording shown to you at the time, the date and time, and the IP address and browser user agent of the submission. We keep this because a mobile carrier can require proof that a text message opt-in was genuine.
- Conversation and program content. What you tell us during a fit conversation, and the work you share during the program if you enroll.
- Billing details. If you enroll, the name, billing address, and payment information you give our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs. IP address, request time, page requested, and user agent, recorded by our hosting provider to serve the site and to defend it against abuse.
- Advertising and analytics identifiers. Cookies, pixels, and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, record your browser, device, the pages you view, and identifiers that let us measure which advertising brought you here. See section 8.
- Your theme preference. Stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers light or dark mode. It never leaves your device and is not used to identify you.
3.3 What we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data (health, biometrics, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, sexual orientation, trade union membership), and we ask you not to send them. We do not collect information from children. See section 12.
4. Why we use it, and on what basis
| Purpose | Data used | Legal basis (UK and EEA) |
|---|---|---|
| Reply to your enquiry and run the fit conversation | Name, email, role, phone if given | Steps taken at your request prior to a contract |
| Deliver the program you paid for | Contact details, billing details, program content | Performance of a contract |
| Send marketing email about the program | Email address | Your consent, withdrawable at any time |
| Keep proof that a text message opt-in was genuine | Consent record, timestamp, IP address, user agent | Legal obligation and legitimate interest in compliance |
| Measure advertising performance | Pixel identifiers, hashed email where applicable | Legitimate interest in measuring our own advertising; you can object or opt out at any time |
| Keep the site available and secure | Server and security logs | Legitimate interest in operating a safe service |
| Meet tax, accounting, and record-keeping duties | Transaction records | Legal obligation |
5. Text messages and SMS consent
Our application form carries one optional box for text messages about your application, sessions, and enrollment. It is separate from every other box on the form, is never pre-ticked, and is never a condition of contacting us, applying, or purchasing. We do not send marketing text messages; if we ever do, we will ask for that consent separately, with its own box. Our application form asks for a mobile number, but giving it is not consent to text messages.
- What we send. Conversational replies about your enquiry or application, scheduling and reminder messages for a conversation or a session you booked, and enrollment, account, and billing notices.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your own activity.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
- Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation message and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email privacy@undeniablestack.com.
- Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy, and are never shared with any third party for that party's own purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. The only parties who ever touch this data are the service providers listed in section 6, who process it solely to deliver the messages we send, under contract and on our instructions.
6. Who processes your information
We use a small number of established service providers. Each is bound by contract to process personal information only on our instructions, and none of them is permitted to use it for their own marketing. The exception is advertising platforms such as Meta, which receive pixel data under their own terms and privacy policies, as described in section 8.
| Provider | What it does for us | Data it sees |
|---|---|---|
| HighLevel, Inc. (GoHighLevel) | CRM, email and text message delivery, scheduling | Name, email, phone, consent record, message history |
| Twilio Inc. | Underlying carrier connectivity for text messages | Mobile number, message content, delivery status |
| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing | Name, email, billing address, payment details |
| Zoom Communications, Inc. | Live sessions and fit conversations | Name, email, session attendance, any recording you consent to |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Website hosting, CDN, abuse protection, and cookieless site analytics | IP address, request logs, form submission in transit, aggregate page-view statistics |
| Google LLC (Google Workspace) | Business email and documents | Email correspondence |
| Meta Platforms, Inc. | Advertising measurement and ad delivery | Pixel identifiers, hashed contact data for conversions |
Beyond these providers, we disclose personal information only where the law requires it, where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case you would be told before your information became subject to a different policy.
We do not sell personal information. We do not exchange it for money. Apart from the advertising platforms described below, no provider in the table above is permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We do "share" personal information in one way: advertising measurement. Our landing, application, and enrollment pages use the Meta Pixel, and may use similar advertising and analytics tools, to measure whether our ads work and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. California and several other states treat disclosing this kind of data to an advertising platform as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, so we say so plainly. You can opt out at any time; see section 8.1.
This has no bearing on the mobile data described in section 5, which is never shared with anyone for any marketing purpose, with or without your consent.
7. International transfers
We operate from the United States, and our providers are primarily United States companies. If you contact us from the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where that transfer requires a safeguard, it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses in our agreements with the providers listed above, or on the EU-US and UK extensions of the Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
8. Cookies and tracking
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to run our websites, remember your preferences, understand how the sites are used, and measure and improve our advertising. This covers undeniablestack.com and our landing, application, and enrollment pages on joinundeniablestack.com, which are hosted for us by HighLevel, Inc.
- Essential. Needed for the pages, forms, checkout, and member login to work.
- Analytics. Counts of visits and page views, for example through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, and HighLevel's own funnel statistics.
- Advertising. The Meta Pixel, and possibly similar tools from other advertising platforms. These can record your IP address, browser and device, the pages you visit, and identifiers stored in cookies, and they may receive a hashed (scrambled) copy of the email address you submit so the platform can match a visit or a sign-up to an ad. Meta uses this data under its own Privacy Policy. Your mobile number is never sent to advertising platforms (see section 5).
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may stop forms, checkout, or login from working.
8.1 Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You can opt out of the advertising sharing described above in any of these ways:
- Use the link on the page. Every landing and application page on joinundeniablestack.com has a "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom. It turns the Meta Pixel off on those pages in that browser and removes the Meta cookies it set. The same link turns it back on.
- Send a Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or an extension sends Global Privacy Control, the Meta Pixel does not load on those pages. We treat the signal as your opt-out.
- Email us. Write to privacy@undeniablestack.com and say you are opting out of sale or sharing. You do not have to create an account or verify your identity to make this particular request, and you may use an authorized agent.
A choice made with the link is stored in that browser, so clearing your site data or switching devices resets it. We will not discriminate against you for opting out.
9. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become customers: up to 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted.
- Customers: for the duration of the program and 7 years afterwards, which is what tax and accounting record-keeping requires.
- Text message consent and opt-out records: at least 4 years after the consent or the opt-out, because carriers and regulators can ask us to produce them. This is why an opt-out record outlives the marketing relationship: we have to remember that you said stop.
- Server and security logs: typically 30 days.
10. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent to email or text at any time without giving a reason. Email privacy@undeniablestack.com and we will respond within 30 days.
United Kingdom and European Economic Area
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You may also complain to your supervisory authority, which in the United Kingdom is the Information Commissioner's Office.
California
You have the right to know what we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. We do share it for advertising measurement as described in section 6, and section 8.1 is how you opt out: by the link on our landing and application pages, by Global Privacy Control signal, or by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Other United States states
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and Montana, have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and appeal. Use the same email address and say which state you live in.
11. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security and a strict Content Security Policy. Form submissions are handled server-side so that no API credential is ever exposed in your browser. Access to the systems holding your information is limited to people who need it, and is protected by strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise, but we will tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your information.
12. Children
This program is for working professionals. The site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you already gave us, we will tell you directly rather than relying on you to notice.
