Privacy Policy
Last updated 12 August 2026. Effective 12 August 2026.
This policy explains what personal information The Undeniable Stack collects, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the control you have over it. It applies to undeniablestack.com and to the email, text message, and program delivery that follow from it.
1. Who we are
The Undeniable Stack is a program of Bramwell Group LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. Bramwell Group LLC is the controller of the personal information described here. Data-protection law requires us to name the controller, so it is named here rather than in our marketing.

2. The short version
- We collect what you hand us and a small amount of technical data needed to run the site. We do not buy contact lists.
- We do not sell your personal information, and no third party gets it for their own marketing purposes. We do use a Meta advertising pixel to measure our own ads, which California law counts as "sharing". It is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it back off at any time.
- Text messages are strictly opt-in, separate from any other consent, and never required to contact us or to buy anything.
- You can opt out of email or text at any time, and you can ask us to delete what we hold.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us
- Enquiry and application details. Your name, email address, current role or focus, and optionally your mobile phone number, submitted through the form on this site.
- Consent records. Which consent boxes you ticked, the exact wording shown to you at the time, the date and time, and the IP address and browser user agent of the submission. We keep this because a mobile carrier can require proof that a text message opt-in was genuine.
- Conversation and program content. What you tell us during a fit conversation, and the work you share during the program if you enroll.
- Billing details. If you enroll, the name, billing address, and payment information you give our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs. IP address, request time, page requested, and user agent, recorded by our hosting provider to serve the site and to defend it against abuse.
- Advertising and analytics identifiers. If you consent, the Meta Pixel sets identifiers that let us measure which advertising brought you here. See section 8.
- Your theme preference. Stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers light or dark mode. It never leaves your device and is not used to identify you.
3.3 What we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data (health, biometrics, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, sexual orientation, trade union membership), and we ask you not to send them. We do not collect information from children. See section 12.
4. Why we use it, and on what basis
| Purpose | Data used | Legal basis (UK and EEA) |
|---|---|---|
| Reply to your enquiry and run the fit conversation | Name, email, role, phone if given | Steps taken at your request prior to a contract |
| Deliver the program you paid for | Contact details, billing details, program content | Performance of a contract |
| Send marketing email or text about the program | Email address, mobile number | Your consent, withdrawable at any time |
| Keep proof that a text message opt-in was genuine | Consent record, timestamp, IP address, user agent | Legal obligation and legitimate interest in compliance |
| Measure advertising performance | Pixel identifiers, hashed email where applicable | Your consent |
| Keep the site available and secure | Server and security logs | Legitimate interest in operating a safe service |
| Meet tax, accounting, and record-keeping duties | Transaction records | Legal obligation |
5. Text messages and SMS consent
The opt-in box for text messages is separate from every other box on the form, is never pre-ticked, and is never a condition of contacting us, applying, or purchasing. Providing a mobile number is optional.
- What we send. Conversational replies about your enquiry, scheduling and reminder messages for a conversation or a session you booked, and, only if you ticked the marketing box, occasional messages about the program and enrollment windows.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies. You should expect no more than about 4 marketing messages per month.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
- Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation message and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email privacy@undeniablestack.com.
- Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy, and are never shared with any third party for that party's own purposes. The only parties who ever touch this data are the service providers listed in section 6, who process it solely to deliver the messages we send, under contract and on our instructions.
6. Who processes your information
We use a small number of established service providers. Each is bound by contract to process personal information only on our instructions, and none of them is permitted to use it for their own marketing.
| Provider | What it does for us | Data it sees |
|---|---|---|
| HighLevel, Inc. (GoHighLevel) | CRM, email and text message delivery, scheduling | Name, email, phone, consent record, message history |
| Twilio Inc. | Underlying carrier connectivity for text messages | Mobile number, message content, delivery status |
| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing | Name, email, billing address, payment details |
| Zoom Communications, Inc. | Live sessions and fit conversations | Name, email, session attendance, any recording you consent to |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Website hosting, CDN, and abuse protection | IP address, request logs, form submission in transit |
| Google LLC (Google Workspace) | Business email and documents | Email correspondence |
| Meta Platforms, Inc. | Advertising measurement, only with your consent | Pixel identifiers, hashed contact data for conversions |
Beyond these providers, we disclose personal information only where the law requires it, where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case you would be told before your information became subject to a different policy.
We do not sell personal information. We do not exchange it for money or for anything else of value, and no provider in the table above is permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We do "share" personal information in one narrow way, and only if you allow it. On our landing and sign-up pages, if you accept the advertising pixel, limited data goes to Meta so we can measure whether our own ads work. California law treats disclosing personal information to an advertising platform as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and that is a defined term with consequences, so we say so plainly rather than relying on a technical reading under which it might not count. The pixel is off by default, we do not turn it on without an explicit Accept, and you can withdraw that at any time. It does not run on this page or anywhere else on undeniablestack.com. See section 8.1.
This has no bearing on the mobile data described in section 5, which is never shared with anyone for any marketing purpose, with or without your consent.
7. International transfers
We operate from the United States, and our providers are primarily United States companies. If you contact us from the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where that transfer requires a safeguard, it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses in our agreements with the providers listed above, or on the EU-US and UK extensions of the Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
8. Cookies and tracking
This page, and every other page on undeniablestack.com, sets no advertising or analytics cookies at all. Not after consent, not with consent. There is no advertising pixel on this website, so there is nothing here to accept or decline and you are not shown a cookie banner.
One item of browser storage is set: your light or dark theme choice. It never leaves your device and it carries no identifier.
Our landing and sign-up pages are different, and they are somewhere else. Those pages are hosted for us by HighLevel, Inc. on joinundeniablestack.com, a separate website we also own, and that is where advertising measurement happens. They carry the Meta advertising pixel and they show their own cookie notice, on which the pixel is off until you accept it. We are telling you this here, on the main site, rather than only on the page where it happens, because a policy that describes one host and stays silent about the other is how people end up surprised.
Because those pages sit on a separate website rather than on a section of this one, cookies set there cannot be read here and cookies set here cannot be read there. Browsers enforce that separation themselves, so it is not something you have to take our word for.
You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser at any time. Doing so will not affect your ability to use this site.
8.1 Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
The only sharing we do is the advertising pixel described in section 6, it runs only on our landing and sign-up pages, and it is opt-in. There are two ways to be certain it is off, and the second one works everywhere without you having to think about which page you were on.
- Use the cookie notice on the page itself. The landing and sign-up pages at joinundeniablestack.com carry their own notice. Declining there stops the pixel loading from that point on. There is deliberately no such control on this page, because there is nothing on this page for it to switch off.
- Email us. Write to privacy@undeniablestack.com and say you are opting out of sale or sharing. You do not have to create an account or verify your identity to make this particular request, and you may use an authorized agent.
We will not discriminate against you for opting out. Nothing on this site is withheld, degraded, or priced differently based on your answer.
9. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become customers: up to 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted.
- Customers: for the duration of the program and 7 years afterwards, which is what tax and accounting record-keeping requires.
- Text message consent and opt-out records: at least 4 years after the consent or the opt-out, because carriers and regulators can ask us to produce them. This is why an opt-out record outlives the marketing relationship: we have to remember that you said stop.
- Server and security logs: typically 30 days.
10. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent to email or text at any time without giving a reason. Email privacy@undeniablestack.com and we will respond within 30 days.
United Kingdom and European Economic Area
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You may also complain to your supervisory authority, which in the United Kingdom is the Information Commissioner's Office.
California
You have the right to know what we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. We do share it in the one narrow, opt-in way described in section 6, so the opt-out is real and section 8.1 is how you exercise it, either through the cookie notice on the page where the sharing actually happens or by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Other United States states
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and Montana, have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and appeal. Use the same email address and say which state you live in.
11. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security and a strict Content Security Policy. Form submissions are handled server-side so that no API credential is ever exposed in your browser. Access to the systems holding your information is limited to people who need it, and is protected by strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise, but we will tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your information.
12. Children
This program is for working professionals. The site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you already gave us, we will tell you directly rather than relying on you to notice.
